In light of the tragedy which unfolded in Parkland, Florida, the Town Hall hosted by CNN which allowed the Parkland community to address state representatives and a member from the NRA, and the numerous gun control protests which have occurred as a response across the nation, here is how the president of the United States chooses to go “Off Script”.
